Our Equipment
We have modern plants equipped with more than 3,000 advanced water-jet looms from Japaneses Toyota and Tsudakoma and French Staubli and 17 complete sets of warping, sizing and beaming equipment (preparatory equipment).
Production and QC
Our annual capacity of production is over 300 million meters. We've had ISO9001:2000 certification and has been accredited "Polyamide Woven Textiles Pioneer Plant" by China Textiles Development Center. The remarkable expansion of our capabilities also has made us win the "Color R&D Center for Nylon and Polyester".
Our Product
We have over 1,000 products in eight divisions, including nylon, taffeta, taslon, polyester habotai, polyester pongee, micro-fiber/polyester peach skin, nylon-polyester, nylon-cotton and suede. With the fashion ideas of energy-saving, environmental protection and health, our products have distinct functions of waterproof and fireproof, antistatic property, ultraviolet resistance, antibacterial and deodorization, breathability and moisture permeability. The company is a vertically integrated weaving company supplying, developing fabrics for general garments, garment linings, sportswears, leisurewears, down garments, space suits, wedding dresses, neckties, suitcases, umbrellas, beach umbrellas and tents, etc.
